First: Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Time: Since we at Arab KB are committed to storing products under ideal cooling conditions to preserve their effectiveness, orders are prepared immediately and shipping takes from [2 to 5] business days.

Second: Exchange & Return Policy (Due to the Nature of Skincare Products)

For the sake of public health and customer safety, and in compliance with cosmetics and personal care product regulations:

• Returnable Products: Products may be returned or exchanged within [7 days] of receiving them, provided they are completely sealed in their original manufacturer packaging (shrink wrap or security seal) and have never been opened or used.
• Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, please take a photo of it and contact us within 48 hours. We will replace it immediately and cover all shipping costs at no additional charge to you.
• Return Shipping Fees (Change of Mind): If you wish to return a product (while still in its original sealed condition), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
